48-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email grantbuddy@innovista.ch with your account email, approximate purchase date, and a brief reason for the refund.

Additional Details

  • Free preview credits are not refundable.
  • Expired credits and credits purchased more than 48 hours ago are not eligible.
  • If the service is discontinued, unused paid credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
